Diving - Freediving - Snorkelling
Dives and snorkels will be conducted through Sundive and the Byron Bay Dive Centre. You can book your dives as well as other activities through the secure Underwater Festival shop page or directly with the dive shops (make sure to point out you are part of the festival and register for the shootout if you want to be part of it).
All dives are at Julian Rocks and surrounding reefs unless otherwise announced.
Diving Charges
- Dives are $45 per dive - up to 3 dives a day
- All gear - full festival duration - $100
- All gear - up to 2 days - $50
- Tanks and/or weights only - $10 first dive - $5 all following dives (includes airfills)

VISA and Mastercard bookings accepted over the phone and through the secure underwater.com.au shop.
Please read the Cancellation Policy below before booking.
Cancellation Policy
All payments have to be made in full upon booking.
A cancellation fee of $50* applies to cancellations up to 4 weeks in advance. Bookings becomes non-refundable within 2 weeks of the booking.
Activities that have to be cancelled by the organisers due to bad weather or other unforeseen events will be refunded.
No refunds for cancellations due to sickness or other personal circumstances - we recommend using travel insurance.
